The intent of this meditation is growing in wisdom, for the wisdom is already within us. We simply have to remove all of the shining wrapping paper we have concealed our innate wisdom with.

Our intentions, our thoughts and emotions have an effect on our world: they go into the collective field of consciousness and join with similar frequencies in our world. And just by planting the intention of growing in wisdom in the field of consciousness, this intention becomes more powerful and impactful.

The more of us are coming together to meditate together, the more we can center ourselves and constructively and favorably influence our environment. Anyone in the world who is receptive to positive energies can receive the ripples of the positive vibrations we create together in meditation. Also lower vibrating energies in our world will be balanced out this way.

Love is the only answer.

Love means to nurture oneself and others into a new possibility. An opinion is akin to a straightjacket, it restricts us and makes us smaller. So, let us dip into our innate wisdom to nurture, to love and to find an expanded and brighter version of ourselves and humanity.
